Emulsion type

Oil type

Organic silicone oil is a product with good heat resistance and wettability and stable chemical properties. Therefore, it is used for the release and polishing of rubber, plastic and tire products. In addition, it is also used as a base oil for various organic silicone release agents.

Solvent type

Solvent type mold release agents are products obtained by diluting organic silicone resin with toluene, industrial gasoline etc.; it particularly exhibits wettability with metal molds. In addition, since the solvent has certain cleaning abilities, dirt attached to the mold can be removed. It is mainly used in situations where water cannot be used or when the die temperature is too low.

Sintered type

Sintering type mold release agents are products made of organic silicone resin diluted with industrial gasoline. After allowing the solvent to evaporate, a protective film is formed by high-temperature sintering and the release effect is exerted during the brewing period. In addition, the release agent is widely used by the food industry, etc. since it hardly transfers to the finished product. In addition, if a high temperature of 300°C or higher is used, oil-based, solution, and emulsion types can also be sintered.
